We plan routes carefully, but traffic, building access checks, or unexpected events can sometimes create small delays; clear, timely communication keeps everything on track and respectful of your plans.
In the rare event of a no‑show due to our error, we will investigate immediately, apologize, and make it right with a suitable remedy. If our team is unable to access your building—such as missing gate passes or unreachable contacts—a late cancellation fee may apply to cover the allocated time, but we will always try to contact you promptly before any decision is made. Keeping your phone handy around start time and ensuring access instructions are current greatly reduces the chances of disruption for everyone.
