Laundry, Ironing, and Linens: Scope and Limitations

Laundry and ironing can be included when time allows and equipment is available in the home. Please sort loads and provide clear instructions for delicate items, preferred temperatures, and products, especially for wool, silk, or specialty sportswear. Drying times vary, so letting us know in advance whether you use a dryer or air-dry rack helps us plan efficiently. For linens, we’re happy to change bedding when fresh sheets are laid out, and we can fold or iron as time permits.

To protect your garments, we don’t perform high-risk stain removal or processes better suited to professional dry cleaning. Hand-washing large or heavy textiles, such as carpets or bulky duvets, is beyond scope due to space and drying constraints. If ironing is a priority, consider allocating extra time because it is a careful, time-intensive task. Clear labels and a quick note on your preferences ensure the best care and a smooth routine that fits within your booking window.
