We love working in pet-friendly homes and want the experience to be comfortable for everyone. Please let us know if you have cats, dogs, birds, or other pets, along with any routines that help them feel secure during the visit. If you prefer, you can designate a quiet room for pets while we work in the rest of the home, and we’ll close doors behind us to keep them safe. Sharing details like shedding seasons or litter areas helps us plan the right tools and sequence of tasks for a tidy result.

Allergies and sensitivities are equally important. If you or a family member needs fragrance-free or low-scent products, or if latex gloves should be avoided, we’ll adjust accordingly. We can also minimize aerosol use and focus on damp-dusting to reduce airborne particles when requested. If anyone in the household has severe sensitivities, we recommend mentioning it at booking so we can prepare suitable supplies and discuss the best timing and ventilation approach for your home.
